I’m Paula Zambrano, better known as the woman in the cap. That’s kind of my thing, along with video games and Legos. I’m also an explorer who loves traveling the world. That’s why I moved to Dubai, a bit far from my hometown, Bogotá, Colombia. Like, half a planet away.
I’m currently working as a Senior Art Director at Saatchi & Saatchi MEA. I’m highly proactive and a total team player. From idea to execution, I believe that the only ones who can keep an idea alive are ourselves. Gotta hustle!
I’ve been recognized at D&AD, Cannes Lions, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, Young Lions, Loeries, Dubai Lynx, Effie, New York Festivals, Mad Stars, Clio Awards, The One Show, and Lürzer’s Archive. I create work that’s not only award-winning but also aims to make a positive impact on the world.
I’m a proud Latina, and I want to keep standing out as one, inspiring the next generation of young talents. That’s why I co-founded the Latino Creative Circle in the Middle East, a community created to help Latinos gain visibility and open new opportunities across the region.
I’m in constant exploration of my skills, learning non-stop and striving to become a better creative and a better person every day.
